CHAIR COSTELLO  announced the  consideration of  HB 81.  She said                                                               
this is the  second hearing and the intent is  to answer members'                                                               
questions  and look  to the  will  of the  committee. Finding  no

SENATOR  STEVENS  moved  to  report HB  81  from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s).                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  COSTELLO  found  no  objection  and  asked  Representative                                                               
Kreiss-Thompkins if  he had  any comments  before the  bill moves
